Now Open! There are four separate registration pages:

All prices are in CAD.
Please note: Visa or Mastercard will be the only form of payment on-site (no cash or cheque)

Part 1: Conference Registration (August 14-18, 2017)

Full conference fee includes:

  • access to all social events (Sunday evening icebreaker, Monday evening welcome BBQ),
  • daily coffee breaks and lunch
  • a banquet ticket (Thursday evening)
  • digital program volume
  • proceedings on a USB (extra fee for hardbound copy)

*student conference fees include all of the above less conference proceedings

One day registration includes:

  • access to events held on selected day (excluding banquet)
  • coffee breaks and lunch
  • digital program volume

$800 Full Conference – Professional
$500 Full Conference – Student*
$300 One Day – Professional
$180 One Day – Student*
$120 Additional Banquet Ticket (Thursday evening)
$100 Premium for hardbound copy of proceedings

Registration on or after June 2, 2017:
$1200 Full Conference – Professional
$750 Full Conference – Student*
$450 One Day – Professional
$250 One Day – Student*

$100 Premium for hardbound copy of proceedings

Refunds up to 30 days prior to the event less a 10% administration fee; no refunds after July 15th

Onsite registrations will be accepted during the conference with payment by credit card only.

Part 2: Pre-conference workshops (August 12-13, 2017)

Pre-conference workshops are held on August 12 and 13, 2017.
Workshop registration also includes coffee breaks and lunch.

Small 14C Samples (Sunday August 13th)

Part 3: Post-conference local field trips (August 19, 2017)

The local organizing committee is planning 3 optional field trips within the Ottawa area.

Option 1: Whitewater rafting

Option 2: Ziplining and exploration of Lafleche caves

Option 3: Gatineau Park bus tour

 

Field trip fees:
$180 White water rafting, Adventure tour – Adult or child (>35kg)
$138 White water rafting, Family tour – Adult
$115 White water rafting, Family Tour – Child (>23kg)
$85 Ziplining and exploration of Lafleche Cave – Adult or Child (>5 yrs)
$25 Gatineau Park Bus Tour – Adult or Child

Online registration closes August 3rd. Late registrations for the field trips will not be permitted after August 3rd.

Participants may only register for one field trip as they will be taking place concurrently.
Family members are welcome to attend, including children, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Part 4: IntCal and dendrochronology workshop (August 19/20, 2017)

Organized by: Timothy Jull, Charlotte Pearson, Alan Hogg, Paula Reimer
Discussion at the IntCal and dendrochronology open workshop will focus on what dendrochronological datasets to be included in the next IntCal calibration curve, regional or laboratory offset corrections, and whether a single year curve for some time period is feasible. The formal IntCal committee (which will meet earlier in Belfast) will have representatives at this workshop.
